With over 15 years of extensive experience in academia and public service, Dukpa is a nationally recognized scholar who was awarded the prestigious Royal Government of Bhutan scholarship to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (Honours) at Trent University in Canada. He later received the Penn State University Scholarship, supported by JSW Law, for his Master of Law (LL.M.) at Penn State Law, where he specialized in Science, Law and Technology; Intellectual Property; and Arts, Sports, and Entertainment Law. Most recently, he earned the Dean’s Scholarship to pursue an MBA at Washington University in St. Louis, further underscoring his academic excellence and leadership potential.

As a seasoned Bank Manager, Zam has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring strict compliance with financial regulations. Her expertise lies in financial analysis, risk management, and organizational performance improvement. Zam's insights and leadership play a crucial role in delivering effective financial strategies and fostering sustainable growth for clients.

With over 17 years of experience in banking and finance, Zam brings extensive knowledge in financial operations, client relationship management, and strategic planning to Dukpa Consultancy. She holds a Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc) from Monash University in Australia and is a member of Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia. Additionally, Zam earned a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from Sherubtse College in Bhutan.

At Dukpa Consultancy, Zam spearheads initiatives in financial planning, project budgeting, and business advisory services, empowering clients to make informed decisions and achieve long-term success.

As a seasoned professional specializing in learner-centered training solutions, Tenzin excels in developing engaging and effective instructional materials and experiences. He leverages his deep understanding of learning theory and instructional design methodologies to enhance the educational impact of the firm’s programs. Focusing on both online and in-person learning environments, he designs curricula and training resources that are tailored to meet the diverse needs of various audiences, ensuring that content remains clear, accessible, and captivating.

With more than 10 years of experience as a teacher, instructional designer, ICT officer, and Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant in Bhutan and Canada, Tenzin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work. Tenzin holds a Master of Education in Instructional Media Design from the University of New Brunswick (UNB) in Canada and a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics and ICT from the Royal University of Bhutan. He is on the verge of completing his PhD in Educational and Instructional Media from UNB, Canada.

A dedicated and reflective educator, currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Education at UNB, Canada, Phuntsho possesses a strong passion for educational philosophies and research. He holds a Master's degree in Education and a Diploma of University Teaching from UNB, which have provided a solid foundation for his academic and pedagogical growth.

With close to 20 years of experience in the field of education, Phuntsho's journey began as an English and History teacher under the Ministry of Education in Bhutan (2006-2012), where he taught secondary students and cultivated a deep appreciation for classroom dynamics and student learning. From 2016 to 2021, he served as a Training and Curriculum Developer at the Royal Education Council, contributing to national curriculum reforms, teacher training programs, and policy development initiatives.

At Dukpa Consultancy, Phuntsho is engaged in research-driven projects, policy analysis, and educational content development—bridging historical perspectives with contemporary challenges to create impactful solutions.

Dema is an accomplished Education Monitoring Official with extensive expertise in policy implementation, school evaluation, and quality assurance. She has a robust understanding of educational systems and performance metrics, providing valuable insights into monitoring, assessment, and continuous improvement.

With over 15 years of experience, she has worked as a high school science teacher and served as an examinations and assessment officer in Bhutan. Dema earned a Master of Public Policy and Management (MPPM) from Murdoch University in Australia, along with a Master of Science in Environmental and Energy Management from the University of Twente in the Netherlands. 

At Dukpa Consultancy, Dema plays a vital role in advancing data-driven educational initiatives, contributing to research and evaluation frameworks, and designing strategies that enhance learning outcomes while promoting institutional accountability.

Wangdi possesses extensive expertise in project management, business administration, research, and human resource management. He has successfully led significant projects, research initiatives, and marketing operations for government and social enterprises in Bhutan. His consulting experience encompasses data analysis, survey design, field coordination, and research dissemination.

With over 12 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, Wangdi is recognized for his diligence, results-oriented approach, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. He possesses strong coordination, interpersonal, and public relations skills, thriving in collaborative environments where he values diverse perspectives. Fluent in both English and Dzongkha, he demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Wangdi holds a Master of Business Administration from Murdoch University in Australia and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gaeddu College of Business Studies under the Royal University of Bhutan.

Currently, Wangdi serves as the Operations and Project Manager at Dukpa Consultancy, where he oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of a diverse array of consulting projects.
